Returns
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to decide. Use your Dawnora Sculpting Face Massager as part of your routine during that time. If it isn't right for you, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Please return the massager with its charging cable and, if you still have it, its original packaging.

How to start a return
Whether return or cancellation requests are accepted depends on the terms above and your rights under applicable law.
Contact us with your order number before returning an item. We will email you the return address and instructions.
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Include a photo or short video and we will replace it or refund you, including any postage.
Exceptions and non-returnable items
Returns requested more than 60 days after delivery are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Items damaged through misuse may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time since your refund was approved, contact us.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.
